Protest Planned At Woodbury City Hall Over Dead Cat

Humane Society officials say they were unaware that late Woodbury resident Mary Ray left the cat to the Animal Ark. And there is a dispute as to whether Ray’s daughter gave the Humane Society permission to euthanize the cat.
Protest organizers told the Woodbury Bulletin that they hope to “have the city bring their police up with the code as well as the (humane society).”
