"The Elections Supervisor of Washington County, Property Records and Taxpayer Services Department, will be conducting the recount, specifically the fourth seat that was open for a four-year term," according to a school district news release. The recount will start at 9 a.m. Thursday, Nov. 21, in Room 4690E of the Washington County Government Center. It is open to the public.
