Used Children's Clothing Store Donation Includes 111 Grams Of Marijuana

A store that buys and sells gently used children's clothes ​​in Minnesota received a donation of 111 grams of marijuana, police say.

MAPLEWOOD, MN — A store that buys and sells gently used children's clothes in Minnesota received an unusual donation Friday. Police in the Twin Cities suburb of Maplewood reported that someone "donated" 111 grams of marijuana along with clothing to the local Once Upon a Child store. Employees found the estimated $1,100 worth of marijuana inside a bag of clothes.

"Please come to the PD so we can reunite you!" Maplewood police joked about the donation on Facebook. "We know you spent a lot of time dividing them into these perfectly measured baggies & must be missing them."

"'Once Upon a Child' does not buy little baggies of weed," Police Chief Paul Schnell confirmed to the Pioneer Press. Police are still trying to identify the person who made the donation.
