South Washington County Schools Meal Pick-Up Information Is Now Available

September 1, 2020

South Washington County Schools (SoWashCo) families will have the option to pick-up school meals for their enrolled child in the following learning models:

• Hybrid learning (for days that students learn from home) starting Thursday, Sept. 3
• Virtual Learning Academy (VLA) starting Tuesday, Sept. 8

These meals are the same healthy and fresh food items that students typically receive at school. Students will be charged based on eligibility, either full price or at no cost for those who qualify for free or reduced-priced meals. Breakfast and lunch will still be provided at school for students who are in the hybrid learning model on in-person learning days.

To pick-up meals:

• Families will arrive at their designated meal pick up site at the time listed (listed below)
• You are required to wear a face covering and respect social distance guidelines
• You are required to pay using your child’s school lunch account barcode
  • This barcode can be found in your SchoolCafe account
    • A letter was also mailed to you with the code
  • An image of the account barcode or the barcode letter will be accepted

Students enrolled in hybrid learning or the Virtual Learning Academy (VLA) will have separate locations and days to pick-up meals. Families are only allowed to visit the site designated for their learning model.
