It happened just before 3 p.m. on Highway 95 at Pilar Road. Victor Falkner, 86, was driving a Chevrolet Colorado when he crossed the centerline while traveling southbound on Hwy. 95, striking the northbound semi head-on. Falkner was killed in the crash. The 43-year-old semi driver was not harmed.
