When Will Woodbury's Whole Foods Store Open?

The Woodbury Whole Foods has been years in the making, but the grocer says it will finally open its doors to the city in 2017.

On Thursday, Whole Foods told Patch in an email the store will open up in either late spring or early summer. The grocer said it has not released the official open date yet.

The plans for a Woodbury Whole Foods were first announced back in 2014. It is being built on Woodbury’s 100-acre, master-planned development known as CityPlace.

The Woodbury Whole Foods will be located on the former State Farm property, which left its 400,000-square-foot building vacant since 2006, the Pioneer Press reported.
