A Maplewood woman was ticketed Monday after admitting to watching Netflix while driving on Interstate 94 before crashing, says the Minnesota State Patrol. Taylor Ann Thiets, 20, was in northwestern Minnesota when her Subauru Impreza left the roadway and collided with the median. Thiets was cited for "use of wireless communications device." In Minnesota, drivers aren't allowed to use a wireless device unless it's in an emergency or it's for a phone call.
