Woman Tried To Steal Cart Of Items At Woodbury Walmart: Police

A Saint Paul woman is facing a felony-level theft charge after police said she was stealing items from an east metro Walmart.

WOODBURY, MN — A Saint Paul woman is facing a felony-level theft charge after police said she was stealing items from an east metro Walmart. On July 31 at about 6:25 p.m., Woodbury police were dispatched to Walmart (10240 Hudson Road, Woodbury) on a report of a theft in progress. When an officer arrived, she met with the asset protection employee who handed over a Minnesota identification of the suspect, Nicole Jean Zuniga, 34.

Zuniga tried to pay for some merchandise and then allegedly walked out with a shopping cart full of other items.
