
I usually see the rise in active inventory peak about now, home sales will continue into the labor day weekend and the few (10-15%) that do not sell will choose to wait out another year in hopes the Spring Real Estate market will be better for them. Of course, there is kids in school and snow and well... you get the picture.
When adjusted for seasonality and compared to 2012 for the month of June 2013: • Median Sales Price is up 9.8% to $254,900
• Days on Market is down to 83 days on market
• Percent of original list price received went up to 96.6%
• Months supply of inventory in Woodbury is down to 3.2 months *SELLERS MARKET*
