Woodbury Lakes Announces Theater, H&M Expansion, More
Developers have announced several big updates to come to Woodbury Lakes.

WOODBURY, MN — Developer Ramco-Gershenson Properties Trust has announced several big updates to come to Woodbury Lakes. The company has finalized plans for retailer H&M to expand to a 20,000 square foot store. It also announced the addition of 44,000 square foot Alamo Drafthouse Cinema theater.
Construction on the initial phase of this multi-year redevelopment will begin in August of 2017. The project will also feature a newly designed and remerchandised Main Street, according to a news release. The company said the cost of the initial phase of the redevelopment is estimated at $22.8 million.
