Woodbury Portillo's Pre-Opening Event: Get A Free Meal

WOODBURY, MN — You can join Portillo's in Woodbury for one of 36 free sneak peek training meal events this summer, before the Chicago-based restaurant officially opens its doors to the public July 11. "Grab a friend and enjoy a free Portillo's meal," the company said in an email. "You'll help us test our operations while enjoying classic Portillo's food items from a limited menu."

Space is limited only to people who RSVP ahead of time, according to the restaurant. Once your RSVP is accepted, you will receive "Golden Hot Dog tickets" for you and a friend. You must have your tickets with you on the date and time of your sneak peek event.
