I have talked about the new listing to pending homes ratio in the past and if you remember 60% or higher is a pretty good number to shoot for. So far in 2013 we have averaged 77.3% and since the first week of August we have an average of 97.2%. Pretty remarkable to say the least, and who says "homes don't sell" in the fall? • Percent of original list price received went up to 97.1%
