The East Ridge girls and boys track and field teams both claimed their respective Section 3AA True Team championships on Tuesday at St. Croix Lutheran High School.

The Raptors boys out-ran Hill-Murray with a score of 433.50 to the Pioneers' 419, while the ERHS girls eked out a 551.50-544 win over Visitation.

Woodbury Softball: Royals Win Concordia Tournament
The Woodbury softball team swept through its three games in the Concordia Tournament to take the competition title on Saturday.
The Royals beat Breck 19–0, St. Paul Johnson 5–1 and Kasson-Mantorville 5–4 to earn the championship hardware, before winning 3-0 in 10 innings at Forest Lake to improve to 7-7 overall this season.
Woodbury, 4-7 in Suburban East Conference play, is currently led offensively by Katie Sieben's .375 batting average, with Abbie Morris and Sam Kosel tied for the team high in runs batted in with five apiece.
Morris has pitched her way to a 3-5 record this season with a 3.83 earned run average and 36 strikeouts this spring.
New Life Softball: Eagles Second At Kennedy Invitational
The New Life Academy softball team took second place at the Bloomington Kennedy Invitational on Saturday, losing 6-0 to the hosts in the title game after defeating Faribault (6-1) and Irondale (3-1) in preliminary-round competition.
Katie Stodolka leads the Eagles offense with a .452 batting average and 17 runs scored, while Rebekah Schmidt is pacing the team with 16 RBIs and also boasts a 1.07 earned run average and 152 strikeouts in 72 innings pitched.
New Life sits at 12-2 overall on the season following a 9-0 non-conference win at Somerset (Wis.) on Monday. The Eagles have also regained the top spot in the Minnesota Christian Athletic Association standings after former conference leader Lester Prairie lost two circuit games last week.
The Bulldogs had held the top spot in the MCAA after defeating New Life earlier this season in what is so far, the Eagles only conference loss since 2005.
Woodbury Baseball: Royals Fall To 3-11
The Woodbury baseball team fell to 3-11 as Forest Lake took revenge for an early season loss to the Royals with an 8-1 defeat of their hosts on Monday night.
Woodbury also lost 3-0 at Mounds View last Friday and now are residing in the Suburban East cellar at 3-9 in conference play.
Ryan Fritze leads the Royals offensively with a .400 batting average, 17 RBIs and eight runs scored—and off the pitcher's mound with a 1.75 ERA, 15 strikeouts and two wins in four appearances.

Sandwiched in-between the losses, the Raptors took fourth in the Lakeville North Panther Showcase on Saturday, defeating Prior Lake by a 7-0 score before losing to North and South by respective results of 4-2 and 5-0.
