Our February dates for our popular Yoga-Nastics for Kids class are up and they're filling up fast! If you have a child interested in dance, gymnastics, yoga, Pilates or just staying active and having fun, then this class is perfect.
Taught by Jenny Rodriguez, this class will help your child excel in their specific area with plenty of guidance and attention. Energy looks to enhance your child's muscle awareness at an early age as well as build , strength flexibility and form to prevent future injuries but most of all, build confidence and have fun.
Jenny has practiced gymnastics, dance and fitness her whole life including competing in varsity gymnastics in high school. She has continued following her passion for fitness by teaching and coaching children's gymnastics for over 10 years!
We now do offer two separate age groups for more particular attention to your child's needs.
1. Ages 5-9 at 10:45AM
2. Ages 10 & up at 12:00PM
