You don't know if you don't Try.

There are many, many people who want to purchase a home more than anything but are unsure how to start, have concerns with their credit, or feel they have to save up a large amount of money for a down payment.

For those who have concerns, I would tell them "To start, Find out".  I have worked with clients who we have increased their credit score over 100 points in 1-4 months.  There is still financing available with 0%, 3.5%, or 5% Down.  And with the Down Payment Assistance programs available all over the State I have helped clients Purchase a home with less than what their security deposit would have been.  If owning a home is a Goal or Dream of yours lets get you on a path to make that a reality.
