  1. A 29-year-old man was shot at Cedar Crest Apartments in Jackson. The man was taken to the hospital but his condition was unknown. Jackson police are investigating at this time. (WAPT Jackson)
  2. A Jackson Dairy Queen was vandalized overnight. Glass was found shattered across the parking lot, but nothing inside was taken. Police are trying to identify the perpetrator. (WLBT)
  3. A man was arrested at the Dogwood Festival Market and facing several charges including littering, no license, and disturbing the peace. (WLBT)
  4. The Mississippi Bureau of Investigation is asking the public for help locating Arlester Tomes, who was last seen in Hinds County on Tuesday. (Picayune Item)
  5. The Diabetes Foundation of Mississippi is set to host its annual Mississippi Walk for Diabetes on October 3 at the Southern Farm Bureau Life in Jackson. (WJTV)
