  1. The Mississippi Boychoir will host its annual Be the Light Fun Run on Nov. 6 at the Flowood Nature Trail. The event will have snacks, prizes, obstacle courses, a cornhole tournament, and races. The Boychoir will also perform during the event. (Jackson Free Press)
  2. Belhaven University is looking for singers for the 89th Singing Christmas Tree. Tim Walker, Belhaven's Worship Choir Director, is inviting the public to join students, staff, faculty, and alumni. Those who wish to participate need to attend four out of five rehearsals at Belhaven University's Concert Hall of the Center for the Arts. (WJTV)
  3. Jackson State University's head football coach Deion Sanders is pleading with community members to help stop the violence in Jackson. (WLBT)
  4. The 162nd Mississippi State Fair held its final night on Sunday, bringing the community together with concerts, games, and multiple vendors. (WAPT Jackson)
  5. Jackson Police identified the suspect in a club shooting that killed three people and injured three others. (WAPT Jackson)
