  1. Capital City Lights event will kick off the bicentennial celebration in Jackson on Dec. 3. It includes the Festival of Trees at The Westin Jackson, performances of the Nutcracker at Thalia Mara Hall, and shopping at both Magnolia Marketplace and JXN Flea. (WJTV)
  2. Mississippi Housing Partnership announced a Rental Assistance Fair on Nov. 13. It will assist people with applications for Mississippi Home Corporation's (MHC) Rental Assistance for Mississippians Program. (WJTV)
