Here are the top stories today in Jackson:

1. The nephew of a victim killed in one of three shootings over the weekend speaks out as Jackson sees a deadly start to October. He spoke up about wanting more communication between the Jackson Police Department and the public, as well as wanting people to stop resorting to gun violence to resolve conflicts. (WLBT)
2. An argument early Monday morning resulted in a deadly traffic shooting. The argument started at Aces Jxn Gentlemen's Club, according to Jackson Police. 19-year-old Eddie Richardson was shot twice and later died at University Medical Center, while a 31-year-old man was shot once and is currently in a stable condition at the hospital. 3. The Mississippi Agriculture and Forestry Museum will host the annual Pumpkin Adventure on Oct. 6-9, 13-16, and 20-23 with fun for the whole family. (WJTV)
4. Vintage Market Days will return to Jackson for a three-day event taking place from Oct. 22-24 at the Mississippi Trade Mart. (WJTV)
5. MolinaCares Accord donated $50K to the Mississippi Children's Museum to help support their "Happy Health Families Program" and the "Health Heroes X-ray Exhibit." (WTOK)
