  1. The Mississippi Museum store hosted its holiday open house on Saturday, Nov. 20. All of the items at this free event were from local Mississippi artists and vendors. Custom hand-written ornaments were also done at this event. (WAPT Jackson)
  2. A Silver Alert has been issued for 57-year-old Milton Morris of Jackson. He was last seen on Friday, Nov. 19, and is believed to be traveling in a 1996 blue Chevrolet Lumina. Family members say that he has a medical condition that may impair his judgment; anyone with information is encouraged to call the Jackson Police Department. (WLBT)
  3. The Jackson Police Department celebrated five new officers in a graduation ceremony on Friday morning. (WLBT)
  4. The Mississippi Department of Child Protection Services commemorates 531 successful adoptions, with dozens of families gathering to celebrate and share their experiences. (WLBT)
  5. An ex-deputy municipal clerk, Juanyana Holloway, was arrested for embezzlement on Thursday, allegedly embezzling cash from residents paying their water bills. (Jackson Free Press)
