Here are the top stories in Jackson today:
- Six people were shot at Top Flight Sports Bar in Hinds County at 1 a.m. on Saturday morning. One had to be air-lifted to the hospital and is listed in critical condition. This shooting is still under investigation. (WLBT)
- Jackson police and local ministers are joining forces to help fight crime. On Saturday, as a part of JPD's first-ever Clergy Police Academy, ministers were able to get questions answered about police, bomb squad, and SWAT operations. The goal is to give ministers a look behind-the-scenes at law enforcement. (WLBT)
- Gluckstadt Park, a new development, is located on Dees Drive and will be full of shops and restaurants; tenants will be moving into the space on Jan. 1. (Northside Sun)
