(onlinemadison.com) — A Madison County judge has upheld the county's decision to rezone over 360 acres off Clarkdell Road, allowing a planned development of more than 800 homes to move forward. Despite strong opposition from hundreds of nearby residents worried about traffic, schools, and safety, the court found supervisors had sufficient evidence and acted within their legal discretion.
