Affton Chamber of Commerce Holiday Luncheon

     Have you ever wondered what a Chamber of Commerce meeting is all about? Visit with us to see how friendly we are. Everyone will be in the Holiday spirit--even Santa will be there. He will visit each table, so you better be good!

       The annual holiday luncheon of the Affton Chamber of Commerce will be held on Thursday, December 12 at Royale Orleans (2801 Telegraph, 63125).

       Registration & networking begins at 11:15 am with lunch at 11:45 a.m. The cost for non-members is $20.00, & non-members must prepay by the deadline. The reservation form can be found at www.afftonchamber.com/forms--flyers.html.  The registration form contains complete information on the meeting. Deadline for reservations is 1 p.m. on Friday, December 6. Payment for non-member’s reservations must be received by that date. The Chamber accepts American Express, MasterCard, Visa, and Discover, or checks can be mailed to 9815 Mackenzie Rd., Affton, MO 63123.        The cost of the luncheon includes $2 per person for the Chamber’s Annual Helping Hands program. This fund purchases gift certificates from member discount and grocery stores to give to families in 63123, referred to the chamber by our member churches and schools. The families are those who had some bad luck in the past year and need a little lift for the holidays. The chamber accepts donations for this fund from anyone interested in helping others during the holidays. All donations must be received by Dec. 13th.

       Members of the 2014 board will be installed and Santa has assured us that he has the date on his calendar and will be arriving with gifts for everyone making reservations to attend the luncheon by Dec. 6th.
