Affton Chamber Preparing for May BBQ
The Chamber's annual spring barbecue helps fund the Affton Community Days Parade.
The Affton Chamber of Commerce is holding their annual Spring Barbecue on Saturday, May 11, according to a release from the Chamber.
The event provides seed money for the Affton Community Days Parade in order to keep the Parade a free event, according to the release.
The barbeque will be held in the Schnuck’s parking lot at Gravois & Valcour, 11 a.m. - 6 p.m., or when food runs out. An $8 includes baked beans and potato salad, with your choice of meat: half chicken, third slab ribs, two brats, or a pork steak. Hamburger and hot dog sandwiches will also be available, along with chips and a selection of soda. All meals are carry-out.
