Affton Families Make Perfect Piñatas
The Weber Road Library begins its summer reading program, One World, Many Stories, by celebrating different countries and cultures through arts and crafts.
The Weber Road Branch of the St. Louis County Library is celebrating summer with its One World, Many Stories program, and this week families got to explore Mexico.
Children 6 years old and older made perfect piñatas out of balloons and construction paper, and got to break open a piñata full of candy.
Weber Road branch's youth services specialist, Shelley Akins, has great events, arts, and crafts planned for a whole summer's worth of country-hopping, with stops in Japan, France, England, Egypt and beyond.
