Risa Hale, a junior at Affton High School, will participate in the Miss Missouri Teen USA Pageant this Nov. 8,9 & 10 at Lindenwood University. Not only was Risa awarded the title this past July, she also competed in the Twin Cities Open Ballroom Championships and won 1st place in Rhythym and 2nd place in smooth.
