The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest Council is pleased with the participation at its inaugural Partners in Construction event on "How to Prepare a Winning Bid" held April 26 at the Mason Contractors Association. The program drew 135 construction industry attendees and featured representatives from seven St. Louis general contractors - Alberici Constructors, ARCO Construction, McCarthy Building Companies, McGrath & Associates, Rhodey Construction, Sitelines, and Volk Construction.
