A NEW TRUCK IN TOWN
L’École’s food truck is coming to downtown St. Louis
(St. Louis / May 14, 2012) L’École Culinaire is bringing fine cuisine to downtown St. Louis, with the cleverly named, Le Food Truck. Their healthy, gourmet lunch choices are already a big hit in St. Louis County. Le Food Truck is adding downtown St. Louis to its service area beginning May 7, 2012.
Le Food Truck provides an assortment of lunch options. All entrees are priced between $5 and $10 and are prepared by talented, chef led, L’École Culinaire students.
“The response from customers has been terrific! We love serving delicious food to our community and watching the reactions,” says John Womick, Dean of Culinary Studies at L’École Culinaire. “Le Food Truck is a wonderful way for the public to enjoy what L’École has to offer and for our students to get real life experience with customers.”
The roster of chefs leading Le Food Truck will change every ten weeks. Chef Tony Hedger, who served as the inaugural chef on Le Food truck, will resume his duties as a L’Ecole instructor. Chef Dan Calvert will take the wheel on May 7 .For daily locations, a full menu and specials, or for the Le Food Truck to come to your business, follow us on Facebook at www.facebook.com/LeFoodTruck or email foodtruck@lecole.edu.
