What is Love? Major K. Kendall Mathews, Administrator of the St. Louis Salvation Army Adult Rehabilitation Center, gives us an uplifting message this Friday.
Agape love is God's selfless love, which set the world in motion. He alone has the power to love us with no strings attached.
Love for you, a Man in Recovery, is expressing Brotherly and Godlike love. It does not bargain, manipulate or seek to control. It is freely, selflessly and sacrificially caring about others for the cause... of Christ. Jesus died for our sins because He loved God, me and you more than life itself.

Food For Thought
There's nothing like falling in love! It has to be one of the best feelings in the world. I clearly recall how I felt when I was falling in love with the woman who is now my wife. I was so happy that I got down on my knees and thanked the Good Lord for allowing me to have this special feeling just one more time.
A Love Letter From God
My Dear Child,
Love one another as I have loved you.
Freely you have received. Freely give. Forgive all who have hurt you. Forgive all who despitefully used you. I will set you free from all your cares as you forgive others. I came to set you free.
Love. Love covers a multitude of sins. Love never fails. Love unconditionally as I have loved you. Forgive others as I have forgiven you. I will use you to tell others of My unconditional love. Tell them that I love them. Tell them that Jesus died arose from the dead. Tell them that Jesus lives. He desires that all be saved. I so loved the world that I gave My only Son Jesus as the sacrifice for sin. Tell them of His sacrifice. The only sacrifice that will set them free. I will give you the words to speak. Go. The time is short. Work while it is day because the night is coming when no man can work. I have a shield around you.
