
Saint Louis Crisis Nursery proudly announces its 2013 H.U.G.S. & K.I.S.S.E.S. Awardees: KIMBERLY

Foundation of the Year.
H.U.G.S. & K.I.S.S.E.S. (Helpfulness; Uncommon Generosity; Sincere Kindness; Integrity; Shining Service; and Extraordinary Support for children) is Crisis Nursery's most prestigious award, given to those who have contributed significantly to advancements in child abuse and neglect prevention and Crisis Nursery's mission to save babies' lives, keep kids safe and build strong families.
“We proudly honor our 2013 awardees,” Crisis Nursery CEO DiAnne Mueller said. “Each has advocated for and worked to protect our community’s most vulnerable children and their families. Their contributions move forward our mission of prevention and help us to serve more than 7,000 children each year.”

Saint Louis Crisis Nursery provides short-term care for children, birth through age 12, who are at-risk of abuse and neglect. Respite services are free and available at five Nursery locations metro-wide. Families that have used
Nursery services and are in-need of basic resources can visit one of the agency’s seven outreach centers, or enroll in the Family Empowerment Program for additional supportive services. Parents in need of care for their children can call the 24-hour helpline at (314) 768-3201 or (636) 947-0600 in the St. Charles area.
H.U.G.S. & K.I.S.S.E.S. Awards will be presented at Crisis Nursery's annual Razzle Dazzle Ball on Saturday, April 6 at the Sheraton Westport-Lakeside Chalet. This year’s sold-out gala, “Under the Big Top,” is presented by Centene. KMOV’s Robin Smith is the Honorary Chair and
international comedian Buzz Sutherland is the Ring Master.
