Four area high school seniors were honored Wednesday night, April 24, at a scholarship award reception hosted by Vantage Credit Union at Dave & Busters in Earth City.
Vantage employees and executives were on hand to congratulate the students and present them each with a $1,000 scholarship. The winners, listed in alphabetical order by school name, include: Eureka High School, Jessica Bloomrosen and Brian Pahl; Lindbergh High School, Thomas Ratliff; and from St. Pius X High School, Garrett McDowell.
Winners of the 2012 Quest For Education Scholarships were judged on a combination of student-written essays; appropriate honors and awards; participation in extracurricular, community and volunteer activities; recommendation letters; and credit union membership.
