ASA Midwest Council Hosting St. Louis Construction Showcase/BBQ on June 19

ASA Midwest Council Assembles All-Star Judging Panel, 80+ Participating Companies for St. Louis Construction Showcase/BBQ Competition Free event scheduled for June 19 in Queeny Park (St. Louis, MO, June 11, 2013) – The American Subcontractors Association (ASA) Midwest Council has assembled an all-star panel of judges and more than 80 companies to participate in its "St. Louis Construction Showcase and BBQ" on Wednesday, June 19 in Queeny Park. The free event is scheduled for 3-7:30 p.m., with judging of the BBQ competition to begin at 5:30 p.m. This year's all-star judges include: • Tony Twist - former St. Louis Blues hockey player and radio personality for 590 AM - The Man • Smash - radio personality for 590 AM - The Man • Ron Jacober - legendary sportscaster for KMOX radio • Johnny Roland - former NFL running back for the St. Louis Cardinals and New York Giants • Dave Phillips - retired Major League Baseball umpire (1971-2002) "The event provides an ideal opportunity for anyone in the construction industry to network and learn about the latest innovations in construction technology, software, equipment, tools and supplies," said ASA Midwest Council President Steve Giacin. "We are looking forward to a great turnout and are excited about the more than 80 companies already signed up to participate."
