Around the World Wine Dinners

Around the World Wine Dinners  at the Missouri Botanical Garden. Local wine experts host a four-course dinner created by chefs from Catering St. Louis. This month they delve into Greek wines and cuisine. The chefs will create a regional menu and pair each course with a wine from the same region.
Menu
Assorted Meze: Melitzanosalata Taramosalata, Hummus, Tirokafteri, Marinated Olives with Pita
Braised leeks and feta in phyllo, tomato-oregano salad
Baby eggplant stuffed with ground lamb and “giant” beans with sausage
Olive oil-poached snapper with garlic-potato puree, stewed squid with orzo and bitter greens
Greek yogurt donuts with honey, toasted almonds, fresh berries
The cost for each dinner is $55 per person, plus an 18-percent service charge and tax. Advance reservations are required.
