Fit For Fun will take place at Lawrence Hensler Shelter in Clydesdale Park. The fitness program is presented by St. Louis County to get people moving and exercising while having fun. Join others for a walk, jog, or bike ride. Leashed dogs are welcome. Enjoy refreshments, make new friends and all for free.
