ST. LOUIS, MO – Have you wondered what President Abraham Lincoln was thinking as the country entered the third year of the Civil War? Here is a chance for you and your family to find out.  Lincoln re-enactor Fritz Klein will portray Abraham Lincoln at 1 p.m. on February 23, 2013 at Ulysses S. Grant National Historic Site.

Grant and the future of the war-torn country in February 1963.
