The Angel Band Project, a 501 © 3 local nonprofit, is hosting Power Angels Fitness Challenge on Saturday, September 15, 2012 at the Shrewsbury Recreational Center. Led by leading fitness and yoga instructors, participants will learn the physical power of self defense; the exhilaration of zumba; and the mental power of mind, body and spirit through yoga and meditation. Proceeds will be used to support The Angel Band Project’s work of promoting hope and healing through music for victims of sexual violence.
