TRY IT FREE CLASS: Cardio, Strength, Intervals (C.S.I)

A dynamic class that combines high energy cardio drills and functional strength training.Could be kettle bells, stability ball, bosu, medicine ball, jump ropes, free weights and more!  This class can be easily adapted and is therefore excellent for every fitness level. This is a try it free class but if you like it join us during the next session, classes are held Tuesday and Thursdays! Class taught by Gretchen Lewis.
