Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at Eden UCC to provide flu shots on Sunday, Oct. 20th from 11:30 am - 12:30 pm.
This flu shot clinic:
1. Saves you a trip to the doctor, and possibly a co-pay.
2. Keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
3. Donates $3 for every flu shot given back to Eden UCC!
Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot.
