Lynn Schmittgens, R.Ph. from the Affton Medicine Shoppe will be at Affton Presbyterian Church to provide flu shots for parish families on Sunday, Sept. 29th from 11 am - 12 pm!
This flu shot clinic:
1. Saves you a trip to the doctor, and possibly a co-pay.
2. Keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
3. Donates $3 to Affton Presbyterian for every flu shot given!
Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot. Make sure to bring your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket
cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot
for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will
be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to
your insurance company for reimbursement.
