will be at Southridge Condos' Clubhouse to provide flu shots for residents and their families on Wednesday, Oct. 2nd from 11 am - 1 pm. This flu shot clinic saves you a trip to the doctor - and possibly a co-pay! - and keeps you from having to stand in line somewhere.
Must be at least 12 years old to receive a flu shot. Make sure to bring
your insurance card and/or Medicare card. There is no out-of-pocket
cost if you have Essence, Medicare Part B, Part C or Medicaid. Cost per shot for other insurance is $30. Cash, Visa, and MasterCard will
be accepted, and you will receive a receipt that you can submit to
your insurance company for reimbursement.
