MRC Computer and Electronics Recycling and Sperreng Middle School are partnering up to offer the community a FREE computer/electronics/appliance recycling event on Saturday May 3rd from 9am until 2pm.
Basically, any item that runs off of a battery, plugs in to a wall, or is a component on electricity can be accepted. Whether it's a computer or a printer, electric toothbrush or refrigerator, hot water heater or VCR, microwave or stereo, etc. - we can recycle it. The list is virtually endless.
Items we do not accept include VHS tapes, smoke detectors, glass lamps, light bulbs, and alkaline batteries.
NOTE: There is a limit of 1 CRT (tube-style) TV per vehicle. Additional TVs can be recycled but at a rate of $15 each (cash or check please)
MRC Computer and Electronics Recycling is a Nationally (R2:2008) and State (MO Department of Natural Resources LEVEL 4) certified recycler.
