The Affton Elks Lodge will present the Affton precinct Police Officer of the Year Award, follow by their annual Flag Retirement Ceremony. Participating in the ceremony will be: The South St. Louis Marine Corp League, The Affton Senior High School Concert Choir, The Veterans of the Battle of the Bulge Assn., and Boy Scout Troop #62
