Shrewsbury Police Blotter: Shoplifting and Traffic Stops

Saturday, Feb. 25

Police arrested a Webster Groves man and a Eureka woman for possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia after a traffic stop in the 7200 block of Murdoch Avenue. They were both issued a citations to appear in municipal court.

Sunday, Feb. 26

At 1 a.m. police arrested a man from University City for improper lane use and driving while intoxicated in the 7400 block of Watson Road. The suspect’s breath sample measured .106%, and he was issued two citations to appear in municipal court.

Shrewsbury police were dispatched to Dierbergs, 7233 Watson Road for a shoplifter in custody. A Maplewood woman was in custody for shoplifting $47.86 worth of merchandise, and she was issued a citation to appear in municipal court.
