The center offers chiropractic care, spine and joint manipulation, therapeutic stretching, soft tissue manipulation and massage therapy, and rehabilitative exercise to help people move better and feel better.
Job Title: Chiropractic Assistant and Massage Therapist
Job Duties/Responsibilities: delivering problem-focused, condition-focused massage therapy to massage clients; assisting the doctor of chiropractic with implementing therapies such as stretching, rehabilitative exercises, and soft tissue manipulation into patients' treatment plans; attending marketing event and community functions to increase the awareness about the office's services and increase utilization within our community; participate in regular staff meetings; assist in daily office functions as needed.
Qualifications: must have a current massage therapy license in MO; interest/experience/certification in techniques such as sports massage, myofascial release, lymphatic drainage, and deep tissue; willingness to work as a member of a team and continue learning about anatomy, physiology, pathologies and sports rehabilitation. Pay is hourly and is commensurate with experience.
