Weber Library Celebrates Spring With Bright Crafts

Children create bright flowers out of tissue paper as an arts and crafts project.

Spring is in the air, and it's not only outdoors where the flowers are blooming. This Monday, children at the Weber Road Library made their own beautiful bouquets out of tissue paper at an afternoon arts and crafts session.
