Arnold Stove & Fireplace Center presents the summer barbecue series, "Grillin' & Chillin'" on select Wednesday evenings throughout the barbecue season. Classes are taught by Chef Tim Grandinetti of Dr. Brownstone's Barbeque, and ar $25 per person. Each class focuses on a different menu of specialty barbecue dishes, and attendees chow down on their creations. Water and soft drinks are provided, but feel free to bring your own beer or spirits as well.
This week, the menu includes honey glazed smoked pork, pork chops brined and herb-encrusted, and pork belly brochettes with brown sugar and spices. Hungry yet? Polish up those barbecue tongs and register now–classes fill quickly.
