Free Lunch & Learn: "Legal Do's & Don'ts for Entrepreneurs & Emerging Small Businesses" on June 24

“Legal Do’s & Don’ts for Entrepreneurs & Emerging Small Businesses” is a Lunch & Learn presentation open to the public set for Wednesday, June 24 at Corridor 55, a co-working space at 112 Richardson Crossing in Arnold. (http://www.corridor55.com).

“Legal Do’s & Don’ts for Entrepreneurs & Emerging Small Businesses,” will be presented by Douglas S. Dove and S. Todd Hamby, who are successful business attorneys at law firm Capes, Sokol, Goodman & Sarachan, PC, in Clayton, Missouri. (http://www.capessokol.com).

People who own or want to open a small business are invited to attend any of the free “Lunch & Learn” sessions that will occur this summer at Corridor 55. All presentations are by successful business experts.

“We are hosting this series of expert presentations for entrepreneurs and emerging business owners as part of our commitment to support entrepreneurship and small business growth,” said Bryan Richison, City Administrator.

“Any person or professional who is interested in small business issues may attend these free ‘Lunch & Learn’ sessions to gain crucial insights in financing, marketing, legal issues, accounting and taxes,” Richison said.

Corridor 55 is a co-working space opened by the City of Arnold in Fall 2014 to provide affordable desk and office space; high-speed secure internet access; a conference room; classroom; kitchenette; mail services; and free parking in addition to other amenities for entrepreneurs, start-up enterprises, and companies that need satellite office space.
