Garage Sales: Recyclers Will Want to Visit These Sales and Search for Treasures

If you are an avid garage sale shopper, it might be fun to try shopping some of these Labor Day weekend sales and see if it is for you. In addition to finding bargains on household items, you might stumble across some interesting collectibles.

 A few tips for the beginners are, wear comfortable shoes, always bring your own bags, have plenty of small bills handy and lots of change. Re-cycling cast off items can be fun and thrifty as well as green. Every sale is an adventure. You just never know what you may find. Haggling is expected, so make your best offer.

• When: Saturday, 9 a.m. to noon

• Browse the entire subdivision for bargains. Be sure to bring a wagon if you have one. If not, try to buy on there.
