USA Mortgage/DAS Acquisition Co., LLC Opens Office in Festus, Mo.

USA Mortgage has opened a new office in Festus, Mo. at 1115 West Gannon Drive. Heading the new 10-person office, charged with serving current and prospective home owners across Jefferson County south to Cape Girardeau, Mo., is licensed loan officer and Branch Manager Justin Neel.

USA Mortgage/DAS is the largest mortgage bank in metro St. Louis and has been ranked the largest home lender in St. Louis since 2012. It has eclipsed the $1 billion mark in home loan volume annually since 2009.

A competitive differentiator enjoyed by USA Mortgage is the ability to perform all home loan processing steps – from origination through closing and funding – in-house. “That structure simplifies and significantly speeds the mortgage acquisition process for our customers,” Neel stated. He envisions leveraging the in-house processing advantage to significantly grow volume and staff.

USA Mortgage offers a full range of conventional, Federal Housing Administration (FHA), Veterans Affairs (VA), U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA) and construction loans for purchase or refinance.

Based in Creve Coeur, Mo., USA/DAS is licensed in 15 states.
