TIP OF THE WEEK #3: Trying to lose weight? Counting calories is a great option for you to assess how much food you intake, and it is easier than ever. There are many "apps" available like "MyFitnessPal" or others which can keep you honest about your diet. Along with regular exercise, this can put you on the right path to losing weight. Start up with your spouse or friends! Programs like "Weight Watchers" are also recommended.
